But that decision did not cancel abortion. It transferred control to the states.
The ONLY reason why control was transferred to the states is because the Constitution NEVER settled the definition of when life begins.

Hence the default resolution is to let the states decide.

But as I told you before, that is a morally and intellectually ambiguous argument. An unborn child doesn't turn into a "cancerous tumor" the moment the mother steps across state lines.

That's like saying a slave becomes a free man once he crosses the Mason-Dixon line.

The bloodiest war in all of American history was fought over this "states rights" issue.
