I wish there was a way to specify whether you want to buy on margin, or from your cash account, like I can with my regular broker. Discover (ex-Lombard) gives you just that choice on their online trading form. Now you have me confused: I can't understand anymore why I should ever specify the cash account, given that apparently I could just as well buy in the margin account though not on margin... can anyone enlighten me? Craig, it seems that you & I should swap online brokerages to be happy... ;-) - nic
