Russia is opening new markets all over Asia.
No they aren't. They need to build up the infrastructure to transport natural gas to Asia. They need to build up the transport lines to send oil there as well.

All of that takes time, and there is no proof that RuZZia already started down this road.

The truth is that the amount of oil RuZZia is selling to China and India is very limited and heavily discounted.

That used to be VERY profitable back when oil was over $100/barrel, and only marginally profitable now that oil is bouncing around the $70-90 range. Anything below that is going to spell trouble for RuZZia.
The Ruble is acting like the dollar. Still very strong.
I don't know why you still think that's a good thing for RuZZia, except for bragging rights.

RuZZia will have to sell their oil at an even steeper discount because of their oh-so-strong (and artificially propped up) currency.

But maybe RuZZia can buy more Iranian drones. And maybe more North Korean ammunition, LOL ...
