Didn't read the article too carefully since I don't like Kramer, but I don't understand why you think my friend was pulling my leg. After selling 2 million shares to Fidelity at 36, Sachs was probably buying the shares back at 35 and change. Which was a range CPQ was trading at for roughly 3-4 days. A perfect business exchange. The Sachs trader just made 1-2 million.

After Sachs was done buying back the shares. The BIG BOY has the green light to buy more...i.e. like today.

Don't be surprised if Fidelity starts to hype CPQ in the near future AFTER its done buying.
