You really are desperate to draw some sort of moral equivalence between NATO and RuZZia, aren't you?

In any case, NATO didn't destroy Libya. Q-Daffy did that all on his own.

Given the UN resolutions against Q-Daffy, intervening in Libya wasn't all that high risk of a move for NATO.
