Yes, it is also making first strike nuking more likely too because of it. I hear from alternative media that Putin is a lot milder than the alternatives in Russian congress, that he resisted going into Ukraine for a long time despite internal pressure to do so. Ukraine is not a Democracy, it’s KGB remnants (the SBU) are an order of magnitude stronger than in Russia. So much stronger that ordinary people live in fear of it like during soviet times. It is also very corrupt, so you can expect a lot of NATO guns to wind up in Russia. I am not a fan of the KGB or ex KGB President, but do you want Russia to get modern nato weapons for free? Ukes are broke and need to eat. Some of them prefer to sell expensive guns instead of using them.
