Ed, The auction will encompass the following parts of New York: Block A (1150 MHz) -- The NY BTA minus the PMSA held by CVUS Block B (150MHz) -- The entire NY BTA, including the PMSA. The B block is at a different frequency from the A block, so that the holder of the B block license in NY will not interfere with CVUS' operations in the PMSA. The PMSA includes the five boroughs and portions of Westchester county. I am not sure how far the NY BTA goes beyond this area.
