Note about GTW. Have a friend that has had a GTW box for about a year. He has had more problems with it than you with your CPQ (if thats possible (g)). Anyway tech support started out by advising him what to do to fix it. Some of the dumb things they told him you would not believe, like "take the face off the box and grind the A: drive opening a little (they thought thats why he could not reload some programs after it crashed). They sent a contract technician out at least twice and replaced just about everything. Yesterday I saw a bright new MOO COW box at his business. They gave up and sent him a new one next day air.
