That is so vague, it describes most governments. Universally, Big Business and Big Government support each other. That is true from the USA to Russia to China, and most places in between.

What do you mean by “authoritarian “? The Prime Minister of New Zealand acted with the support of her Cabinet, the legislature and judiciary. There were only tiny, trivial protests against her policies. There was no violence used to suppress dissent. Newspapers were not suppressed; opposing opinion was not silenced.

Arden is a liberal; it is totally reasonable to criticize her as a liberal. But she is not a fascist.
