My TCM doc hypes up my immune system, clears out bad stuff, balances out the organs' functions, and allows me to do stuff with less concern about what might be happening detrimental to me, even as alerts me to refrain from doing more

I actually do bi-annual bloodworks testing and toxicity (hair, urine, etc) tests and show the doc the results

Re Covid, he plays defence, and recovery should defence fails

I believe it all works, therefore it all works better than if I do not believe
