I agree that science is the way to go. Unfortunately, there is very little sign of that being used.

UV light may assist, but of course it's effect on humans will also need some study. Humidity OTOH is an easy win.

America has a certain reputation both at home and abroad.

As King put it: "Winston Churchill once famously observed that Americans will always do the right thing, only after they have tried everything else."
