Hey all:

Technical breakout today if VLNC can close above 5 1/16 as this is the 50 day moving average. This is the FIRST pierce of the 50 day average since mid SEPTEMBER. I suspect that is a large reason for the extraordinary high volume 2day. If we close above 5 1/16, the technicals on this chart turn from very BAD to VERY GOOD. Hope the next three hours can hold the current level.
