This is an unusually tough market to try to short term time. There are a lot of very smart people that think the market has a large downside potential ahead and as many that expect a large rally even if it only lasts a month or so. My sentiment indicators are bottoming, setting up for a revival of the old bull market or a new bull market, whichever you prefer. However, this is the stage to finalize the creation of a serious bottom and there could easly by some scary downdrafts near term. To shake people out. Today is likely to be a day that is good to create a downside bet for the short term. Probably, that is. Another bet that I like is BOIL, 2x bull natural gas bet (not stocks). Down big today, with a very positive outlook for the rest of the year. And maybe, finally, gold and silver junior stocks - but might be too early for them.
