Ohhh...that reminds me of my aunt's "Rose Petal Jam" that I used to love. Gotta see if she still has the recipe. Maybe at the next family funeral in KY. ;) Out of the hidden jar with a spoon! That's me when the new crop of maple syrup comes in - but, no spoon, I just hoist the jug up to my mouth for a swig when nobody's looking.
