I used to like looking at that and other signals of an impending top or bottom. What I found out was that I invariably sat around with stagnant price movement for several days waiting for the price to reverse at or near the top or bottom. I find for the quick trader its better to get in after the crossover to waste less time--price is already rising or falling.
