Question #1 : If KGO were to drop "Moneytalk", is it not conceivable that another Bay Area-based station would pick up the program, considering its immense popularity among Bay Area listeners?

Question #2 : Much is made of the high-power transmitter that KGO has and the others supposedly don't have. Isn't a large part of the "Moneytalk" audience concentrated in the Si Valley area? (say, within 100 miles N, S and E of San Francisco) that can be reached by the transmitters of the other, smaller stations also?

Besides, the program is broadcast during daytime (1pm to 4pm PST). During those hours, the range of AM transmitters is quite limited anyway, isn't it?

Dipy.
