Hi Mikey,

>>"Hey, I've got an idea, lets keep flooding the market with new shares from our exercised options<<

There are many reasons why people sell shares. We all have to make a decision to hold, sell, or buy, based on how we value the company, but selling is not always related to how one might value the company. Sometimes people have to sell for other reasons. I do not follow insider buying or selling closely and do not specifically know that some insider is selling currently, except by you posting. Assuming an insider is selling, It would not surprise me. Money is continually needed to bring this project forward. If directors are selling and exercising options to fund ongoing expenses, I have no problem with that. It is less expensive and less of a hassle then doing another financing. If big money is not needed, it is the most sensible way.

This just means that for the time being we sit with a lower stock price. This is only a disadvantage to someone who wants to sell. Others wait for the value to be realized or pick up cheap stock.

Have a good day,

Rich
