I think the coffee is okay. Although I usually buy less expensive coffee. Stela Bella IP also told me they are buying a big firm with 42 million assets using stocks. I do not know if that is good for existing shareholders. However, I have a successful story about a company doing this kind of reverse merge. In late 1993, IPEC purchased West Tech, and increase sales from under 1 million to over 100 millions in about two years. In fact, all sales generated from West Tech section since they soon discontinued the IPEC chemical product. The stock price moved from $8 to $56 in 1.5 years. IPEC later bought several other companies with cash raised from West Tech business that was not as successful, and stock price became $10 recently.

Maybe SBAM will quit making coffee, and we are all happier with it.
