i agree I think debate is helpful and hope you dont take anything i say as a personal affront as that is not my intention. so a couple of comments. 1. I dont think zillows pricing is accurate in the least based on my personal experience. 2, the guys from the federal reserve and banks and investment banks are pretty much hand in hand so all these guys already have access to the feds models and probably helped design them. all these guys are cut from the same cloth to begin with. They have lunch together and go to conferences together. the whole thing is smoke and mirrors. I went to a mall i had not been to in 5 years to see and imax movie avatar which was amazing BTW, and i was shocked to see how few people were at the mall. lots of places seemed to be shuttered and while it was a matinee the customers may have been outnumbered by the staff.. the mall pretty much looked like a ghost town. about the only places i go where there are consistently lots of people are costco target and walmart. My prediction is that the next raise is at most .50.
