In response,

In the case of Vanderlip, this is news to me. I thank you for your clarification of facts. It is odd indeed that there is no mention of it in the advertising trade papers or on any news services. MY research did not reveal this departure. Baitkin's departure is still unclear to me - need to look into that.

I have spent 100 plus hours scouring every nook and cranny for pertinent info on NETZ. I have only been a "postable" member for a week. I thought that I read most every post on SI and elsewhere. This thread has so many personal comments, it makes it tedious and boring to read each post at times. If I missed the posts, regarding her leaving I stand corrected and again appreciate the quick response.

I certainly do not mean to misrepresent facts on NETZ, nor do I claim to have all the answers. This is a forum, from which WE as a group sort out facts from fiction. As newcomers come along that may be misguided, we guide. Correct?

The Tokyo subject came up in Milesofstyles comment to my earlier post. I stated clearly that I was "guessing" about which offices needed to go and which needed to stay - ONLY to illustrate the point that the officers of ZULU had time consuming and important tasks at hand and should not be expected to be at our beck and call. The context of my interjection was purely out of frustration with posts like:

517: NETZ stock will be up ... if Mr. Meachams trip to NY is successful. Anyand all stockholders should feel free to call and get any questions answered
519: Why not start out asking him WHY he went to New York?

First, if there is news - share it. Telling stockholders to bombard ZULU with calls asking why one of their principals is flying to New York on a given day is ludicrous. My original post was strictly meant to open eyes to the bigger picture. I thought I made that clear.

Departures following a takeover are common and do not bother me, personally. And taking clients from an "interactive" internet ad firm is no doubt more difficult than it may first appear. Perhaps the growing pains will be longer than expected. That's ok, too.
