Yes, house prices have been a wild ride. Just looking at the graph (mean house prices for the uk) UK House Price Index - Office for National Statistics (ons.gov.uk) It will be interesting to see how prices develop from here. At the moment I am guessing a reversal of the trend same as 2008.
