I just finished reading a post on NPEC on the "Moneytalk?" BB This person stated that a Mr. Wolenchuk reccomended buying it when it was around 20 cents or so. Has anyone been able to get Mr. Wolenchuks current VIEW on NPEC and its holdings now ???
