I find eventually
divergences take place when the trend starts to peeter out and then finally the
market corrects.

so is the difference between 2/6 and 2/9 the beginning of possible petering out?

YES and NO. It could be the begining, but for a true divergence to happen you'll need the market to make some new highs without the SRV breaking the 28.7 level. A higher high on the index, but a lower high in the indicator = divergence.

This whole topping/divergence pattern could take as long as a week or two to complete, so your Speedy reference DNA.

Relax and wait...
