Musk is a smart guy. If I were him, I would focus 100% of my energy on growing my two most valuable assets: Tesla and SpaceX. BTW, I think that his China operations are doomed to failure in the long-term. Too much competition, most of it home-grown. Musk will always be viewed as an outsider, and an American to boot.
