NOTE: Dave Terry has updated The IR line today (919)847-9535. The oral arguments went ahead as scheduled only lasted 15 min each. I take this as a good sign as the thinking i've heard is that the shorter the better because this means the judges are well prepared that the case does not have any major flaws and that it will not have to be retried. imho. Now FONAR how about those sales figures? Are we on target for $100 mil?
