These were two emails I received from Sara Breuer this morning concerning questions I had asked !!

Yes, SIDT was delisted from NASDAQ as of the close of markets yesterday. We
were notified only after the market had closed, and a press release is going
out as soon as NASDAQ reviews the information (11:03 a.m. Central time). Why?
Because we've been under $1 for so long. We'd been expecting the news, but
were surprised at the way it was delivered (i.e., with no notice).

Try looking under sidt-u on the bulletin boards.

Second answer.

Well, I can answer e-mails while talking on the phone and doing a couple of
other things (that's why we like them, right?). I know it's hard to believe,
but it was a coincidence about the timing. I'm surprised you couldn't hear my
cursing from where you are when we got the letter faxed to us from NASDAQ at
the end of the day! Coming on the heels of such a good day, needless to say,
it was quite a disappointment. We had been expecting a decision from them, and
as you know we've been under $1 for some time so it was to be expected. The
timing, however, seemed almost cruel.

Regards,
Sara
