Jacinda Ardern is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay beyond crazy though. imho.

edit: Actually, when I lived in Half Moon Bay, Ca there were a fair number of regular users there, and you could sometimes see the flecks under the nose when they were out for a walk. Not sure if you could see at the distance shown on the camera.
