This company used to license its search engine to Yahoo and a couple other well branded search sites, but they all decided against Opentext a few months ago. I know a guy that used to work at Helix VC, Helix financed the company and he made a remark that they were shopping around to be acquired. Mircosoft looked at them but won't touch them. I wouldn't count on the price going higher than 6 or 8.
