I recently bought 5000 shares of the stock at $2.375. Based on the
following reason.
1. technical chart: more than 3 million shares traded with
break out $2.00 level. ( it is a bullish signer) It looks
like bottom out.
2. The company makes profit in recent quarters with a big
backlog.
3. The company is cheap comparing with whole over valued
US stock market.
4. There is a big potential return at this lower price stock.
Sure there is a big risk also. What we need to make decision is which one is biger.
5. There are only 16 million shares tradable at this stage.
( there are some perfer stock and notes which is able to
be converted at $3.125. It is not a dilution for
current stock price)
6. It is only partial of my investment.
