NO, not actually.

IVERMECTIN is a "PROTEASE INHIBITOR" which means it prevents the 3CL PROTEASE Enzyme from "cutting" the long string protein into the shorter lengths that the COVID virus must have in order to bind to the body's cell and thereby "inject" its RNA into the body's cell and "procreate".

PFIZER's PAXLOVID is also a PROTEASE INHIBITOR but it costs several Hundred Dollars for a Treatment course, whereas IVERMECTIN is not under a Patent or Licence and therefore it costs cents per tablet to manufacture, which is PRIMARILY why "BIG PHARMA" used their "Influence" to suppress IVERMECTIN and promote their Vaccines, thereby costing Taxpayers BILLIONS of dollars and, unfortunately, MANY LIVES in the process ......

IMHO, once the effectiveness of IVERMECTIN was determined, all that was necessary was for TWO things to be made available :-

1) IVERMECTIN itself, on subscription, based on a dosage of 0.2mgm/kgm of one's body weight,

2) A personal Test Kit that one could use to test if the "symptoms" one had were from the COVID-19 Virus, and if they were one could then immediately get a prescription for IVERMECTIN.

In that way LIFE and the WORLD could have gone on as usual !!!
