Here is some data:

You are saying 28.7 because it is the high on the data you provided, is this correct?

but this is incomplete for me....

lower high in the indicator...as of when...what dates are included... ???? and why

well then I will think of the SRV as a VW jetta with no VR6...or maybe a hyndai(HA, I dont even know how to spell it)
