I certianly agree with you observations. I was one the LongNs on Dec 8. as you can imagine I took a bath. This time I want to be better prepared. Your statement about investor having all the info in their hands before earnings is what I am working on. Todate we have the following info. 1. CA 2.6 mil shares 2. Purchase of New affiliate 3. Bain Settlement (450K) 4. Unknown dilution of stock 45,49,55,57 mil. 5. New office in Finland. 6. Analyst (HQ) are forcasting EPS at .03 using 45 mil shares 7. Analyst (HQ) have increased operating expenses 14.6 points. 8. BPCS 6.04 is selling. Is there any other cost related items. I will not let Skadra and the gang suprise us this time. regards Cali
