The delusional wanna-be Stalin admits to sending nearly 70 missiles randomly into Ukraine in response to “critical infrastructure” being attacked (the bridge). Fortunately, only half the missiles got through air defenses.
Apparently, destroying thousands of miles of Ukrainian infrastructure is just fine, but taking out a war supply line bridge is not considered fair during his war.
So, randomly murdering woman and children has now been admitted to by the Russian leader. That’s an obvious war crime. One of the missiles struck a children's playground.

Eventually, he and others supporting Russia will defend building mass concentration camps, where thousands, perhaps millions of Ukrainians captured are burned alive. After all, Russia starved millions of Ukrainians a few decades ago, so it’s not out of the realm of possibility.
