Pot has been so vilified over the years.

Scientific American many years ago with research done at Scripps, called pot a tonic for the brain.

They said it did four things, kept the brain clear of protein build up, helped create new and mirror neurons and kept the neurons young and pliable.

It has been so many years since I read that it is even hard for me to believe-lol.

But I am pretty sure that is correct.

My son in law is a research scientist in atmospheric chemistry and he said if Scripps did it you can depend on it.

I took LSD a couple of times and had wonderful experiences. Purple Owsley and window panes for those who remember those days..

On one of the trips I spent the day in a book store.

I remember thinking how much more I was seeing about reality, but I couldn't remember any of it.

I never hallucinated, but I do remember thinking i could not go scuba diving in a kelp forest-lol. True!

My one big regret was not taking a shower with my girl friend-lol!
