I care nothing about that ...

I'm a pragmatist who would prefer not destroying the world for a promise I didn't make.

[There were promises made to the Russians, too -- nobody seems to remember those.]

I'd prefer that the Ukrainians be better off going forward than they are right now.

For that to happen there MUST be negotiation and a cessation of hostilities --
and it will probably require Ukraine ceding territory to Russia and giving up NATO ambitions.

The alternative is continued quagmire -- which kills more, impoverishes more and risks a global war.
Because the US is NOT going to go all in to ensure the borders of Ukraine -- whoever drew them for whatever purpose they drew them.

When ch*t don't work, it is time to change the approach.

Just like trading stocks.

{not to say I don't think there are things worth dying for -- but there's no way I'd go over there and fight in this war contrived by the west to beat up this boogeyman -- I know who invaded, but the west couldn't wait for him to do it}
