The CLX is poo pooed by those who don't understand its use. I just posted charts for two periods that demonstrated how the moving averages signaled bottoms. They also signal rollovers. The offsets might signal a time frame for a TP. But I have not worked on modeling such an occurrence. I have yet to find an average that signals an ultimate bottom. But those charts used in conjunction with EW can help.
