FYI,

I have gone to all of my news feeds and haven't found anything
on the wires about NCES or NOV. I believe part of the volume
may be the herd mentality by those seeing the volume jump,
because of the large blocks, thereby causing traders to get in
and then get back out again. I have no other explanation.
