Not much of a rephrase. My answer will not change.

In any case, I really doubt the victims of Alex Jones will each be able to buy a new house with that judgement, after the total award gets reduced upon appeal, after Alex Jones files for bankruptcy, and after all the lawyers and the tax collectors get their cut.

It's a total racket, but I'm sure you knew that. All that matters to you is that Alex Jones gets what's coming to him.
