Wayne, I share with you the sentiment that the future is still very bright for Thermo Tech. While recent days have been very depressing,

I take solace in the following:

- the licensing revenue stream will start to flow next year (Trooper
is about to put up a plant in Poland), we may hear good news on
the Australian and Japanese fronts within the next year

- they now have a good blueprint for building future plants from
Dick Engineering

- they have a good business model in that they line up waste supply
contracts for a minimum of five years before putting up a new plant
(we will see quicker profitability in new plants)

- the enzyme collection process will be in motion (I heard the
Richmond plant) very soon

- insiders (like us) paid much higher prices for their shares and
their stock options with an exercise price of U.S. $2.50 will
motivate them to make Thermo a success

- Bidding on Bay Street Editor is still upbeat about the prospects
of the company

If the street start to view Thermo as a biotech company (with the enzyme thing, this could happen), watch out...

People (like Mark) who sold in recent days have a short horizon. They will probably regret one of these days... We can see the forest, but they only see the trees.

Thermo at 1/3 of its book value is a super speculative buy. I believe insiders are buying whatever they can afford these days. I bought some more yesterday and I am considering averaging down some more... (although the wise thing like Gary said is to wait)

One of these days we will see an uptrend...

Regards,

Kit
