I see this as "ok" news that the conversion of P to PII is on track. I suspect that this growth is mainly taken from Intel's own PII motherboard sales. It is the standard business plan for Intel to relinquish motherboard sales as a new processor moves onwards up from 30% market penetration.

I expect that Intel boards group is now focused with ramping manufacture of 100MHz product.
