in 1945 there were 8.45 million German Nazis, using your number that would mean each one raped and killed 3.2 Russian women. I don't think the number you are using is correct, or perhaps you mean German soldiers as not all German soldiers were German Nazi soldiers. Either way, right now this second in Ukraine a Ukrainian woman is being raped by a Russian soldier. And yes, Germans were every bit as bad as Russians are today. The level of hatred one feels when an innocent family member is raped or killed by a foreign invader is no different in 1945 than it is in 2022, at least in my mind...
