Care and maintenance.

This week the commercials decreased their short position in silver and increased their short position in gold by decreasing their long positions and increasing their short position.

Ed Steer's comment on silver is that the market is white-hot screamingly bullish and gold is as bullish as it was two weeks ago but that the overall precious metals market is on care and maintenance.
