I just went through customs last Monday in Philly, took and hour to get processed on screen computer to print receipt of valid passport and answer about twenty generic questions. then took another hour to get through a customs agent and get our passport stamped. two hours to get from the plane to our luggage. what a mess.!! there must have been several planes that arrived perhaps one to two thousand people. of course only several agents to process everyone. we flew back from the greek islands and turkey. a couple of planes came in from the Bahamas.
