… what happens in the information age when no one trusts the information? In a world where your bank may close down your account because they claim you hold the wrong opinions; how can you trust them to be straight about anything else? If the government is faking economic data, how can we trust anything else they are doing? When the people responsible for 100% of disinformation claim to be fighting disinformation, who can we trust?
Yeah, this is happening, wide and deep. It was getting worse for a long time - Tawana Brawley was one of the earlier examples. Once Al Sharpton discovered that he can make people believe her lies - even after she admitted she was lying - he and many people like him knew they could bend the world any way they wanted.

So, recently, we had BLM - but to say that all lives matter - was enough to make people violently attack you. We see drivel like the CRT or pronouns or the 75 genders go mainstream.

During war, of course, the first victim is the truth. And this war, like no other, is playing out in the information realm - where the propagandists are - rather successfully - constructing an entire alternate reality.

What can a person do? I think, find strong observers who can be trusted. Col MacGregor is one such observer, just as an example. Dreizin is another one. He’s a little more idiosyncratic - but still, very independent minded.

In the end, all this reflects an ongoing societal collapse.
