I'm back between breaks and based on all the comments to/about me, I'm back by popular demand (its a sick relationship) for a few posts:
First let me comment point by point on elk's generally off-base comments-
* * * * * <<Temp lets take a look: In the order they appear. valuespec.com Valuespec's interpetation of the S1's, notice no dates and no claims to accuracy or complete information.>>
I don't understand. I documented everything in detail. You will see dates, and links to the original documents, etc. Why don't you give your "enlightened" interpretation on the "facts" like you usually do?
* * * * * <<http://home.att.net/~casaluna/launchpad/live.htm Great Page>>
Generally a great page, but its missing the important links on Earnings, etc., as I pointed out before.
* * * * * <<http://home.att.net/~casaluna/launchpad/ Great Page, again,(and thanks for the cross link:o)>>
Agree. Your web site has started out nicely. It is a great additional source of general information on FTEL and FTEL related topics, though it still lacks some key information as I've stated.
* * * * * <<http://www.valuespec.com/reports/@EDUCATIONAL/main.html Taken from a SI poster>>
I asked Mark Schulz and have written permission to use it. Also, I have other links and writings of my of my own included.
* * * * * <<http://www.valuespec.com/reports/FTEL/VALUESPECinBusinessWee... ValueSpec named in stock manipulation via the Internet article>>
Elk, I never manipulated any stock. However, you will see that I exposed very risky stocks and warned people of the great dangers before they collapsed (i.e. QZARF, RACE, HOPR, MTCI, etc.).
* * * * * <<http://www.valuespec.com/reports/FTEL/FutureEarningsAndReven... Same as the very last link>>
This is information that is not readily available except in valuespec.com, as far as I know. This is mostly original documentation using public documents.
* * * * * <<http://www.ftel.com/ FTEL homepage, there is one right, allowing people to look for themselves>>
I'm glad you like that.
* * * * * <<http://www.valuespec.com/reports/FTEL/PastOfficerUdatesToSha... Leads to Five links in Violation of Intellectual property, All reprinted without permission. If there are the slightest differences between these versions and the originals, well that is another legal violation.>>
Do you think the company is embarrassed by its past public statements given to inform the public about its stock? Then why should I worry about being sued, assuming there is a valid copyright?
* * * * * <<http://www.valuespec.com/reports/FTEL/PastEarningsReports.html 7 violations of Copyright law and a re-link to intellectual property theft>>
elk, you are confused. Public press releases are in the public domain and can be freely copied. [PRNewswire and BusinessWire articles may be posted in their entirety since they are republications of press releases.].
You will notice that the articles I copied fall under those categories.
* * * * * <<http://www.edgar-online.com/brand/yahoo/search/?sym=ftel A link that is very useful, and found elsewhere>>
That link is found in many places. Where did you find it?
* * * * * <<http://www.valuespec.com/reports/FTEL/Notes.html Selected items from the S1 or wherever, no documentation of the source, no claim to being accurate or a complete set of information>>
You are mistaken. Go to the first line, for instance. It says it was gotten from the Dec 1, 1997 S1
* * * * * <<http://www.valuespec.com/reports/FTEL/MarketEstInternetTeleJ... Another violation of intellectual property>>
Again, Press releases are in the public domain.
* * * * * <<http://www.telecoms-mag.com/marketing/articles/articles.html I wonder from whom he stole this link?>>
I found out about it in my research for SKYC.
* * * * * <<http://www.news.com/News/Item/0,4,18191,00.html?nd An article about Cisco IP efforts - Wow!>>
Gotten on the FTEL thread. I have many more to post. One day I may enter them in my FTEL Stock Library.
* * * * * <<http://techweb.cmp.com/iw/663/63iuip.htm Good article on IT>>
Thanks
* * * * * <<http://www.valuespec.com/reports/FTEL/LinksToPostsInTheSI_St... six posts made to SI, all in the last few weeks,>>
I'm not sure if what you mean, since the site has only existed for a few weeks.
* * * * * <<If you want to Glean what you can by skimming the murky surface laid out before you on this site, with its illegalities, go for it!>>
As I've already shown; You have been generally mistaken. I don't care where they go for their information, as long as they have the information to make up their minds- not just one-sided hype.
* * * * * <<If you want to dig and do research that you can trust, because its your own, then go to the appropriate place.>>
I agree.
* * * * * <<<<<<> <<I have not found it necessary to dig that deep into this company.>>
That is the principle basis for ValueSpec.com, though I hesitate to mention principles in connection to someone so amoral.>>>>>>>>
elk, what can I say? I think the future will show the value of the statements you've made and that I've made.
