Ok - I just got off the phone with Damian Loth as he was on the way to the airport. 1) There are 16.7MM shares out. The shell they acquired had 6.7MM - they issued another 10MM which are restricted till August 1998. 2)The Classic "will happen on March 30." Period. "It will be televised." Period. 3) They took down the financial projections on the website to avoid any appearance of promotion. 4) They are moving as fast as they can to become a reporting company - and will then attempt to meet the criteria to be listed on Nasdaq Small Cap. Those were all the questions I could think to ask. he was quite straightforward with all his answers - no hedging. Good luck, all. As I said before, I am long.
