Re: Young Folk Portfolio -- Add On Buys & Sells

Portfolio Objective:

The portfolio value needs to grow at an 8.25% CAGR.
The dividend cash flows need to grow at a 13.8% CAGR.

A full position in the Taxable Account is $8,000.
A full position in the Roth Account is $4,000.

For the average investor (me), bear markets are a normal part of the buy and hold investing experience, and a passive strategy like dollar-cost averaging can be the best way to lower cost basis and set oneself up for success once the market eventually turns around.

Today I sold KO which generated around $2,548.25 to reinvest elsewhere.

Today I added to:

D .. 13 shares @ $65.14
DG .. 1 share @ $237.85
DPZ .. 1 share @ $321.90
NEE .. 3 shares @ $73.38
NKE .. 5 shares @ $89.71
NSC .. 2 shares @ $217.62

This brings these positions up in size to:

D ....... $8,035.26 - Full Position
DG .... $10,136.73 - Overweight Position
DPZ .. $6,773.13 - Underweight Position
NEE .. $8,310.74 - Full Position
NKE .. $7,016.40 - Underweight Position
NSC .. $8,182.07 - Full Position

DPZ and NKE will soon be brought up to a full position.
