Actually, we can, but I would include wind, water, et al..I don't think I included storage before.

Given the ads I see on TV, EVs are the present, but I digress.. Electricity, maybe hydrogen, and maybe biogas. Many areas will ban new ICE's after 2035. By 2050 or so, gasoline will prolly be banned.
