According to the University of Michigan Data Research Bureau:

The rate of global industrial output is now on the decline for the first time since 1870 which was at the start of the industrial revolution, it peaked between 1950 and 2010 and has been declining ever since more and more rapidly...

Meanwhile, the global population is still rising nonstop...

This means global starvation and disease will turn the global population downward and the rate of industrial output will drop below the rate of population growth within the next 15 to 25 years...
