Thank for the comments Bill... It is an area that we all want to more fully understand.
As for shares being sold by the company, I believe that all sales were fully recorded on form 144 and publically disclosed as such. Being a BB/Pink Sheet company, GRNO has had no requirement to file anything related to financials. However, knowing that they desire eventual small cap listing, one of the requirements is complete financials for the previous two years. And I fully expect them to continue to provide quarterly financials in order to maintain compliance with the proposed SEC changes for financial disclosure.
Bill... all of those transactions by BC and his wife apparently total all sales from commencement of public trading of the stock, not solely for a one year period.
One issue here Bill, is that you seem to be insinuating implied criminality or manipulation by the management of this company despite the fact that Carraway has no avenue in which to defend himself.
Again, I suggest that your opinions, while valid and of interest, will be superseded by any sale of GRNO processor equipment. I can't duck and run for cover because an insider chooses to sell shares (since he does not currently take a salary and continues to loan the company money). I have to have faith that we will have a sale within the next several months or we'll see the operational money start to run out.
I prefer to look at the amount of shares that Carraway, his wife, and family continue to hold. This provides them a vested interest in re-establishing market/shareholder confidence in the company. They only way this will occur in my opinion, will be to lock in one or more contracts with money in the bank. Since their is no liquidity in this stock to permit insider sales of any size and hasn't been for some time, I am not particularly frightened by insider dissolution of holdings.
And if liquidity returns due to markets being reestablished in the stock, AND as a result of contracts being locked in, again I will look at the profitability of the company and sales being generated.
The past is the past and while important as background information, has no particular bearing on prospects for the future.
And we know that GRNO's future requires sales and installation of processors.
Again, go back and review the 144 filings and see if insider sales weren't disclosed.
